The idea

The idea behind "Football meets culture" is to use enthusiasm for soccer as a driving force. We want to motivate children and young people with special needs to learn through soccer.

The target group

Our program is aimed at children in grades 3 to 6 at selected partner schools in challenging neighborhoods.

The effect of "Football meets culture"

“Football meets culture” works! This is shown by our annual surveys of our participants. Our integrative educational program not only increases motivation to learn, but also teaches important social and language skills.

At the respective program locations, the local professional clubs support us with youth coaches and their charisma. In addition, professional footballers from the professional clubs serve as role models and mentors for the children.
