Our team
Our office team consists of our director and five project managers. We are also supported by dedicated working students and temporary staff.
We attach great importance to our team spirit and “cross-departmental” cooperation. This means we are always closely coordinated and can solve tasks and challenges on an interdisciplinary basis. What drives us together is the vision of a fair society in which all children and young people have the same educational opportunities.
Karin Plötz
Director
Karin started the first “Football meets Culture” project at Frankfurt’s Karmeliterschule in 2007 and has since built up LitCam as a non-profit organization.
Lotte Droß
Project manager
Together with Karin, Lotte coordinates and organizes our Germany-wide educational programme “Football Meets Culture”. She maintains contact with our coaches and teachers and is responsible for the FtK events.

Kristin Mollenhauer
Project manager
Kristin works as a program and project manager for “Football Meets Culture” and “Löwenstark – Football Meets Culture” in the Rhine-Main region.
She also organizes the “Lese-Kicker” and the “Kulturstadion” at the Frankfurt Book Fair.
Maurice Müller
Project manager
Together with Kristin and Nina, Maurice forms the project management team of “Löwenstark – Fußball trifft Kultur”.
In this role, he is primarily responsible for managing the project locations in North and Central Hesse.
Nina Warnecke
Project manager
Together with Kristin, Nina is the main project manager responsible for “Löwenstark – Football meets Culture” in the Rhine-Main region. Together with Florian, she also coordinates the “EUROKiK – Kulturkick im Klassenzimmer zur EM 2024” project.
Marie Fries
Temporary help
In addition to her coaching activities at “Löwenstark – Fußball trifft Kultur”, Marie supports us in the administrative and organizational areas of the office.
